Founder

“The best way to live life to the fullest & love who you are is to follow your passion & have fun while doing it.”

Boss Babe Club Founder, Gina Moccio has always been interested in sharing stories. Her storytelling journey began in college while interviewing musicians for a self-produced zine called Vessel. By day she was a Communications major at University of Tampa and by night she was interviewing Passion Pit, The Jealous Girlfriends, and Kevin Devine. She went from interviewing musicians about their stories of success & struggle to speaking with artists & creatives of all disciplines. Interviews then expanded into community events that highlighted the stories of travelers, community builders, & entrepreneurs. Today, the stories are about amazing women entrepreneurs and their journey towards living full, creative lives. In the past, she was Marketing Manager at Creative Loafing for two years as she produced large scale social events like Crafts & Drafts, Margarita Wars, & Beer Fest. She also managed public relations & digital communications as Communications Manager for Datz Restaurant Group for two years prior to launching Boss Babe Club in June of 2017. In between managing a growing membership called Babe Crafted, creating blog content, editing Boss Babe Features for Boss Babe Club, and working part-time with Chef Rosana Rivera at Piquant Brands, Gina can be found trying the new restaurant in town, sipping coffee in a cozy nook in Downtown Tampa, or at the Davis Island dog beach with her Labrador & partner. Gina has always been very passionate about two things: encouraging others to follow their dreams & creating memorable experiences. Welcome to Boss Babe Club. Stay boss. xx
