Hey Hey Boss Babes, Happy Friday!
We've had a pretty action packed last couple weeks at Boss Babe Club. We had an awesome Babe Crafted member event at The Paper Seahorse. Babe Crafted members listened to Tona Bell of The Paper Seahorse, chat about mindfulness & small businesses. We wrote letter's to our future selves & after all the work we ended the evening with a fun happy hour.
On the blog this week we shared tips from our fellow Boss Babes on How to Set Pricing for Your Business & yesterday we shared the YUMMIEST Peanut Butter Granola recipe in collaboration with Rollin' Oats. Now, let's get into the good stuff. In today's Friday Favorites we are sharing healthy snacks to enjoy while working. Having all the tools to get through your workday is super important & that includes fueling your body with foods that boost your brainpower.
1. Fruit - Amber Veatch of Amber Veatch Designs says that "Apple slices, Clementines, Carrot Chips & Hummus" are her favorite snacks to enjoy while working. Fruit is always an easy go-to option for snacking, it's healthy, easy to prepare & delicious.
2. Protein Bites - Amanda J. Sobel of Citrus and Sequins shared her favorite protein bite recipe. She says "Little protein bites are my go-to when I need a sweet treat: (vegan protein mix, nut butter, sunflower seeds, mini chocolate chips, oats) - a couple of these kick my sweet tooth". Having a healthy, sweet option is a MUST for snacking. I know when I speak for myself that I always need something sweet right around 3 pm, so this is a great option.
3. Energy Bars - Tiffany McEachern of Blazers and Bluejeans gave some options for energy bars that are her go to snack choice. She shared recommendations for "Epic Bars, Kind pressed bars, and Larabars". The convenience of a treat that you can pick up at the store when you're on the go is necessary, because let's be real, there are some days when ain't nobody got time to get in the kitchen & make something.
4. Granola & Yogurt - Boss Babe Club's recommendation is our Peanut Butter Granola & Greek Yogurt bowls. Babes, this recipe was not only easy to make, but was healthy, tasty & kept us satisfied for hours!
